Utulivu House sits nestled near the mangroves in peaceful Dongo Kundu, a mere fifteen minute walk from the glorious white sandy beaches of Watamu. It is ideal for either a quick beach holiday or a longer stay. The house boasts two spacious ensuite bedrooms with plenty of cupboard space, an airy indoor living room with a desk, an expansive kitchen, huge outdoor veranda, refreshing plunge pool and secure parking. One room is wheelchair accessible with a wider door and different bathroom layout. Utulivu has plenty of fans but no ac. There is no need to worry about the many power cuts as it is equipped with solar back up power that runs all fans, lights, fridges and select sockets.

There is space to park a car securely in the compound too. The area is very peaceful.  Shared between Urumwe house, a friendly team consisting of a gardener, cleaner and night askari are there to take care of you. A chef can also be hired at your request. This comes at an extra cost of Ksh 2,500 per day payable directly to the chef.
